Our mission is to host impactful expos that facilitate financial wellness and homeownership education while helping individuals and small businesses thrive.

We are excited to host our inaugural Financial Wellness and Homeownership Expo on Saturday, November 9th at the Salvation Army, located at 540 Malcolm X Blvd, New York, NY 10037. The event will be well-publicized, featuring a First-Time Homebuyers Down Payment Giveaway and two celebrities, who will hold a media conference to show their support. This expo marks our commitment to helping individuals create generational wealth and establishing ourselves as a trusted partner in financial empowerment. 

As an Area Development Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our regional impact by organizing and managing Financial Wellness Expos, pop-up events, and overseeing a Generational Wealth Building Storefront. This is a hybrid employee business opportunity, where you can create a healthy income stream while greatly benefiting the community you will serve. You'll be leveraging the publicity of our inaugural expo and immediately developing your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the Manager of a Generational Wealth Building Storefront in either Brooklyn, Queens, Upper Manhattan, or the Bronx. Storefront locations have already been selected in highly visible, high-traffic areas. Example: Harlem, NY Store front Financial Services Partner Pitch Deck.

  • Organize and execute Regional Financial Wellness Expos in your designated region.

  • Manage ongoing Financial Wellness and Homeownership pop-up events.

  • Collaborate with upper-level management to build local partnerships and raise awareness.

  • Promote services such as Financial Literacy, Credit Building, Mortgages, SBA Loans, Stock Investing, Small Business Development, and more.

  • Develop a strong revenue stream through various financial services, including marketing, business grants, tax advisory, and estate planning.

  • Use the platform to help individuals and businesses grow while simultaneously creating income for yourself.

Income & Investment Details:

This hybrid employee/owner opportunity allows senior management to invest in the business's success, offering significant income potential. The required investment covers storefront lease and build-out, including equipment, local advertisement, and a collective fund towards city-wide media advertisement. The investment will be discussed with qualified applicants, and financing is available, so no out-of-pocket expenses are needed. With a guaranteed salary plus commissions, you can earn between $125,000 and $175,000 per year while building residual income streams.

Area Development Manager Compensation Plan:

Overview: Our Financial Health generates revenue through a variety of services and transactions, including real estate, business sales, financial literacy programs, credit building, and more. Profits are primarily distributed among three key roles:

  1. Community Outreach Specialist: 35% commission for facilitating transactions.

  2. Area Development Manager: 32.5% Admin: 32.5%

This ensures all parties are fairly incentivized.

Revenue Streams: Area Development Managers help manage and grow revenue from the following areas:

Real Estate and Business Sales Transactions

Financial Services:

  • Small Business Development & Acquisitions

Business Services:

  • Marketing

  • Business Grant Procurement

  • Small Business Legal Services

  • Insurance Products

  • Tax Advisory & Accounting

  • Estate & Financial Planning

Residual Income Opportunities:

  1. Financial Products: Residuals from ongoing services such as insurance.

  2. Proprietary Business Opportunities: Income from group investments managed by the company.

  3. Business in a Box Packages: Comprehensive business solutions for:

  • Owner Operators (e.g., CDL programs)

  • Supermarket Crowdfunding Campaigns for experienced managers

  • Real Estate

  • Temp Employment Agencies

Guaranteed income explained: Your guaranteed income will grow as the Regional investments grow, you will make a guaranteed 2% of the net income from every investment asset in your region. You will have 6 teams of 2 Community Outreach Specialists who will be at post daily throughout your region promoting our financial wellness products, services and regional group investments in residential real estate and brick and mortar regional businesses. Additionally you will have mini financial wellness and homeownership expos throughout your assigned region creating a high demand for group investment products. 

Expected Residential Building case load growth of 10 to 20 buildings a year with a medium net of 25k a month. 2% of 25k Equals $500, $500 times 10 equals $5000 a month, This is besides the brick and mortar businesses such as laundromats , Fast Food Franchises, Delivery Routes and 1- 4 family rental properties.

You still also have your 32.5% commission from financial wellness products and services.  Investment Asset managers duties entails managing the investment assets direct managers and monthly reporting distribution to the investment asset shareholders.
