Q&A Section

Q: I’m not tech-savvy. How will I learn to set up my booth and use the tools?

A: You will receive onboarding and training sessions to familiarize yourself with the platform. Additionally, you’ll participate in a practice expo to gain hands-on experience. Event tech support will be available to address any issues and answer questions in real-time. Training Manual

Q: What if I’m not available on the day of the Expo?

A: You can upload a video presentation about your services along with downloadable brochures for attendees. There will also be a scheduling feature for attendees to book appointments with you for a later date. A chat function is available for you or a representative to engage with attendees in real time.

Q: How will attendees know where to find my virtual booth?

A: Attendees will be guided to your virtual booth through the educational hub hall that corresponds to your business category (e.g., Life Insurance booths will be located in the "Life Insurance Hub"). Push notifications will encourage attendees to visit your booth. Additionally, you’ll receive attendee portfolios, which include information about individuals interested in your expertise based on their 30-minute financial consultations. A virtual scavenger hunt will also promote booth visits, as attendees collect key phrases to win prizes.

Your booth's visitors will have access to chat, polls, and Q&A. You can present a video to attendees, provide downloadable company brochures and special offers, and even go live to interact with attendees in your booth. Additionally, attendees will be able to schedule one-on-one meetings with you outside of event times.

Q: How many companies will there be in the same service area?

A: We limit the number of companies in the same service area to no more than three to ensure balanced representation and fair exposure.

Q: Can I address the audience on the main stage as a keynote speaker?

A: Service vendors will not serve as keynote speakers. Keynote presentations are designed to be strictly educational and unbiased to maintain the integrity of the event.
