1. Partnership Etiquette: As a FinServ partner, maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions with other members and event attendees. This includes adhering to event guidelines and treating attendees with courtesy.

2. Relevant Content Sharing: Share content that is directly related to financial wellness, industry-specific services, and topics pertinent to our financial presentation events at churches, community events, and large-scale venues. Irrelevant or off-topic posts will be removed.

3. Exclusive Presentation Rights: Enjoy exclusive rights to present your industry-specific services at our financial wellness events. This ensures that you have the opportunity to showcase your offerings to event attendees in a focused and impactful manner.

4. Engage Proactively: Actively engage with event attendees and fellow members to foster meaningful connections and discussions. This includes participating in networking sessions, Q&A sessions, and panel discussions.

5. Respect Attendees Privacy: Respect the privacy of event attendees and refrain from soliciting personal information without consent. Uphold confidentiality standards when engaging with attendees during events.

6. Diversity and Inclusion: Embrace diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our financial presentation events. Avoid discriminatory language or behavior, and ensure that all attendees feel welcome and respected.

7. Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all presentations and interactions at our events comply with relevant laws and regulations governing the financial services industry.

8. Report Any Issues: If you encounter any issues or concerns during our events, please report them to the event organizers or designated staff members for prompt resolution.

9. Professional Development: Take advantage of the opportunity to enhance your professional skills and knowledge through our range of financial wellness events. Attend workshops, seminars, and presentations to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

10. Event Coordination: Coordinate closely with event organizers to ensure smooth logistics and effective communication leading up to and during our financial presentation events.

11. Service Fee Standards: Adhere to industry standards for service fees. For Shared Wealth Network (SWN) members, provide a discounted rate of at least 10% compared to non-members' fees. This ensures fair pricing and encourages membership retention and growth.

12. Promotional Responsibility: Actively promote membership in the Shared Wealth Network ( https://www.ofhinitiative.com/swn ) to both your existing clientele and prospective clients. By advocating for the network, you contribute to its expansion and the collective benefit of all members.

QULIFICATIONS:

1. Business Stability: Operating for three years or more to demonstrate stability and experience in the financial industry.

2. Legal Cleanliness: No history of lawsuits to maintain trust and integrity within the consortium.

3. Positive Customer Reviews: More positive customer reviews than negative ones to ensure a reputation for excellent service and client satisfaction.

4. Regulatory Compliance: Adherence to all relevant financial regulations and licensing requirements to ensure professionalism and legality in operations.

5. Professional Credentials: Relevant qualifications, certifications, and expertise in financial services to provide high-quality advice and assistance to clients.

6. Ethical Standards: Commitment to ethical business practices and transparency in dealings with clients and partners.

7. Financial Stability: Demonstrated financial stability to ensure reliability in providing services and meeting obligations to clients.

8. Continuous Improvement: Willingness to engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
